2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed and the product has been delivered. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them fairly.

Eligibility for Refunds: You may be eligible for a refund if:

You have not yet avail,  downloaded or accessed the digital product.

The digital product is not as described, and you contact us within T+1 days of purchase with a detailed explanation of the issue.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at pagenever@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and, if approved, process the refund within 5-7 business days. Kindly note that Refund amount will be credited into respective account within 48 Hrs. In case of COD or Bank Transfer, make sure you have shared correct Bank Details i.e. Bank Name, Account Holder Name, Bank  IFSC, Bank Account Number.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your purchase of a digital product before you avail, download or access it. Once the product has been availed or used or downloaded or accessed, cancellation is no longer possible.

How to Cancel: To cancel your purchase, please contact us at pagenever@gmail.com before accessing or downloading the digital product. We will confirm the cancellation and, if applicable, process any applicable refunds according to our refund policy.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

Digital/Online Services/Product that have been availed, used, accessed or downloaded.

Subscription-based products or services once the billing cycle has begun.
